Stylish room, quiet location steps from everything, excellent bathroom, comfortable bed, extensive breakfast buffet. Helpful staff, perfect for eating in, excellent cleanliness, delicious breakfast with a wide range of options, friendly and hardworking staff. Great swimming pool and spa area for relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The spacious and well-furnished rooms provided us with enhanced comfort. The hotel is located on the outskirts, offering a peaceful atmosphere and easy access to the beautiful nature surrounding the area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service and making us feel welcomed. The leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, were of great quality and provided a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to kickstart our day. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket within walking distance and the option for pick-up from and to the train station.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station, making it easy to access. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The staff provided excellent service, from the porter service to the helpful reception staff. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, including a station to make freshly squeezed orange juice. Additionally, there was a self-serve laundry room available for guests to use.

The larger bathroom in the apartment had insufficient heating, making it quite cold during the winter months. Furthermore, there was no shower enclosure for the bathtub, resulting in the loss of heat from hot water.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The spacious and clean rooms were a delight. After a day of skiing, the salt thermal bath and saunas were a lifesaver for my muscles. The staff were not only friendly but also arranged a ride to the train station due to snowy roads on our departure day. The location was conveniently close to the train station, eliminating the need for a shuttle. The breakfast included with the room was really good, and the option to have sandwiches prepared for our hikes was a thoughtful touch. The 34° swimming pool was a great place to relax, with its bubble bath bench and swimmer's area. The reasonable price/quality ratio of the hotel was excellent, especially in notoriously expensive Switzerland. I highly recommend this hotel.

The buffet breakfast at Naco Aparthotel, By Arca is excellent and being connected to ARCA hotel is superb. We were delighted to have a room with a balcony and a nice view, where we enjoyed our 4-night stay. The shuttle car service was a convenient feature. we recommend this hotel!

During our New Year stay, we loved the fact that the hotel rooms were spacious and clean. It was a great advantage to have a fully equipped kitchen in our room, great to prepare our own meals. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and in a quiet area. This made it convenient for us to explore Zermatt and enjoy the beautiful mountain views from our balcony.

One aspect we didn't quite enjoy was that the towel heating rail in the toilet kept turning off intermittently. We had to constantly check if it was still functioning.

The location of the aparthotel was convenient as it was situated near the train station, making it easy for us to explore the area. We were also pleased with the helpful staff who provided us with recommendations for restaurants. the hotel was close to everything but still managed to offer a peaceful atmosphere away from the noise.

There was one incident during checkout where a member of the reception staff displayed rude and unprofessional behavior.
